20 healthy fish dishes – mom thrivesMart 20, 2021
With the New Year approaching, quarantine 20 (or 50) and the need to make 2021 a better year, we could all try to change our eating habits. This means eating healthier without affecting the taste and not spending a lot of time preparing it.
I’m a big fan of tin dinners. They are easy to make, easy to clean, and delicious. I already have quite a few posts with amazing tin pan recipes, so check them out too.
Sheet Pan Fish Dinner
Using a sheet pan is one of the easiest ways to cook fish and prevents the fish from potentially falling apart in a pan. The less you mess with it, the better the fish will be.
I highly recommend using parchment paper when baking fish on a sheet pan. This will prevent the fish from sticking to the pan and falling apart when you put it on a plate. It will also be easier to clean up.
For family members who don’t like fish, most of these recipes can be adapted for a small chicken breast sub if needed.
Let’s dive into these delicious and easy-to-make recipes.
